PanARMENIAN.Net - The main reason for withdrawal of Spitak territorial department from United National Liberal Party (UNLP) is the absence of clear action program, the department head Edik Etibaryan stated.

As he told a news conference in Yerevan, within its half-year existence the organization never initiated an event that would cause a resonance. “Upon withdrawal from UNLP our structure will join in Armenian Youth Party lines,” Etibaryan stressed.
